Company Policies

  • Pricing (C): Price includes high quality socks and poly-sleeves with each pair.
  • Payment Terms: Our made-to-order process requires full payment before we begin production on your order. Please be advised that in the event a payment is not received by the 5th day it is past due, we will automatically charge the credit card on file. Additionally, overdue invoices will incur a 10% late fee of the total order amount. Orders will not ship until full payment has been received.
  • Minimums: For domestic production, the minimum quantity is 30 pairs per design and size. For imported production, the minimum is 125 pairs per design and size.
  • Set-Up Charge: There is a one-time $150 (C) set-up charge for new designs only. This covers the costs of art preparation and getting manufacturing ready to produce your order.
  • Spec Sample: $250 (C). To get approval on a new design before full production, we offer spec samples. Domestic: 5 days / Imported: 14 days.
  • Custom Packaging: Belly bands and hang tags are available for an additional cost. 60 pair minimum required.
  • Production Time: Once a spec sample is approved, production times are 12-15 business days for domestic orders and 4 weeks for imported orders.
  • Rush Fee: For domestic orders, rush production is available for an additional 30% of the total sale. This reduces production time to 7-10 business days once a spec sample is approved. Rush production is not available for imported orders.
How do I start an order?

We make ordering custom socks simple and fast. Our easy 3-step process helps you get the high-quality custom socks you need without all the hassle.


1. Create an account at flagpin.com/account/register to place your orders online. Here you’ll get access to NET pricing, online ordering, free mockups, sales collateral, and order history. Browse our website and select the style you’re looking for. On the proudct page you will select the materials, upload your custom art files, enter any special instructions, and select the QTY.


2. When ready, proceed to checkout. You’ll enter your shipping address and payment information. After checkout, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. Our team will review your order and follow up if we have any questions. We’ll send a digital proof for approval before starting production. Please review carefully and let us know if any changes are needed.


3. After approval, your order will go into production. The estimated completion time is 1-4 weeks. You will recieve an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Alternatively, you can place orders by calling us at 909-949-9779 or by sending an email to vince@flagpin.com.

If you prefer to order via phone or email, please email us your art files to art@flagpin.com. Please attach your art files in PDF, AI, PSD, PNG, or JPG. You will receive a custom mockup from us via email within 2 business days to review, approve, or revise before production!
Quality Review

We provide random samples of all of our socks. You can request samples here.
Order Cancellations

All socks are made-to-order. We can make changes up until the order goes into production. Once an is in production, we cannot cancel. 
Does Flagpin offer custom mockups?

Our custom sock design services are always free! We have a professional in-house team of custom sock designers that are a resource to you through the whole process. You will receive a custom mockup from us via email within 2 business days to review, approve, or revise before production! Get inspired and checkout our custom packaging and sock gallery. 
What sizes do you have?

We can create anything you're looking for.

Our standard orders are one size fits most. MENS: 7-12 | WOMENS: 5-10 | MONDO (Big and Tall) 12+ | KIDS: Little Kids: 6-8 / Big Kids: 9-11. 
Where are your socks made?

Our domestic factory is in Southern California. We manufacture premium quality socks in all styles from no show to knee high. We also have two overseas factories in Korea and China that can produce any style of sock and any material. 
Woven Sock Info

We do full customization of your sock design. All over images, step and repeat designs, cool skater stripes, multi geometrics, anything you can dream up, we can do. See our gallery of socks at flagpin.com/blogs/news

We can knit socks with up to 6 colors per sock design. Color and detail can affect each other so a lot of detail can limit the amount of color and vice versa. Simple, elegant designs work best, but we can try any design.  Socks are designed and knit on a grid pattern which transfers into around 26 dpi. Small text has to be at least 3/16” tall. Straight fonts work best for readability and we try to have at least 2 pixel wide lettering for good visibility. Italicized fonts and fonts with serifs are more difficult and usually have to be a little larger to work well.

Pima Cotton:  85% Pima cotton, 10% nylon, 5% spandex

Organic Cotton 98% organic cotton/1% nylon/1% spandex

Bamboo:  65%  Pima cotton, 20% Bamboo, 10% nylon, 5% spandex

CoolMax: 66% Pima cotton, 22% Cool Max ringspun, 10% nylon, 5% spandex

Merino Wool:  68% Pima cotton, 17% Merino wool, 10% nylon, 5% spandex
